1.0 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

2.0 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the melbat Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the melbat Platform.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any person in any of those categories connected to melbat.

melbat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited. melbat takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling seriously and implements verification checks at registration and first withdrawal.

3.0 Account Registration

To access the full range of melbat Services, you must register a personal Account. By completing the registration process you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one melbat Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same person is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false information constitutes fraud.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. melbat will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or telephone. You must notify melbat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances.
• Verification (KYC): melbat may require you to submit identity documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.0 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the melbat Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported methods: melbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards, or borrowed funds are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. melbat aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual settlement times depend on the payment provider.
• Transaction fees: melbat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which melbat accepts no liability.
• Unverified accounts: Withdrawals will not be processed from Accounts that have not completed the required KYC identity verification process. Deposits may still be accepted pending verification.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. melbat reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳50 per month to dormant account balances after providing 30 days' written notice.

5.0 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

melbat may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are set at a minimum of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games and markets count towards wagering requirements. Wagers on markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) may be excluded or count at a reduced rate.
• melbat reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that the User has engaged in bonus abuse, hedging, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine risk.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different Accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• melbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.0 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino, and arcade game activity on the melbat Platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by melbat. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued and the stake is deducted from the Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, game, and Account status. melbat reserves the right to adjust limits without notice.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout tables, or game outcomes caused by a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, melbat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Abandoned events: For sports markets, if a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum playing time required for settlement under the applicable sport's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules state otherwise.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are suspended and re-priced continuously. melbat accepts no responsibility for connectivity delays that may result in a bet being placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, Account status, or any action taken by melbat staff.
• Collusion and cheating: Any User found to be colluding with other Users, using automated betting software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of cheating will have their Account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

7.0 Responsible Gaming

melbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all Users. The following tools are available to every registered User free of charge via their Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Request a permanent, irrevocable closure of your Account. This option takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed.

8.0 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the melbat Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy server to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other User's Account or to melbat's administrative systems.
• Introducing or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, odds, or data from the Platform without prior written consent from melbat.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at melbat staff or other Users via any communication channel.

9.0 Intellectual Property

All content on the melbat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game content — is the property of melbat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download or modify any part of the Platform, use it for commercial purposes, scrape or copy content for redistribution, or use melbat's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written permission.

10.0 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The melbat Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, melbat makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, defects, or viruses.

melbat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data.
• Any third-party content, payment processing delays, or game provider outages.
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on your own judgement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits melbat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

11.0 Privacy & Data Protection

melbat processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. melbat implements technical and organisational measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

12.0 Amendments to These Terms

melbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, melbat will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

The version of the Terms currently published at melbat.bet/terms-conditions supersedes all previous versions and is the governing version for all active Accounts.

13.0 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Users may close their Account by contacting the melbat support team, provided there are no pending withdrawal requests or active bonus wagering requirements. Remaining verified balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after closure.

melbat may suspend or permanently close an Account immediately and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of proven fraud or serious breach, melbat reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Account balance.

14.0 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the melbat Platform, you agree to first contact the melbat support team in writing and allow a period of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to adjudicate the matter in accordance with applicable law. melbat's decision on all betting and gaming disputes is final, subject only to a demonstrable material error of fact or calculation.
